Beni Suef University launches the national project to qualify student leaders at the university

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of University, Beni Suef University launched the national project to qualify student leaders with the participation of 250 male and female students from the university, and in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports - the Central Administration for Youth Development and the General Administration of University Programs and Activities. This was under the supervision of Dr. Gamal Abdel Rahman, Vice President of University for Education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Hossam Al-Hawari, Coordinator of Student Activities, and implemented by the General Administration of Youth Welfare under the supervision of Mr.  Mohamed Farouk, General Director of Youth Welfare at the University.

Dr. Mansour Hassan explained that the national project to prepare and qualify student leaders at the university aims to encourage young people to participate positively in the development and service of society, raise the spirit of loyalty and belonging among university students, and inform them of the topics going on in the global arena, most notably Egyptian and Arab national security, and the new republic. In addition to supporting constructive ideas for young people through workshops.

It should be noted that the project includes specialized workshops for university’s student activities committees on several topics, including (student regulation, student activities, governance, digital transformation), and the workshops are run by professors specialized in their respective fields. The project also includes open dialogue and discussion meetings on several topics, including entrepreneurship, mental health, national strategy and Egyptian and Arab national security.
