Today, the start of the Environmental Week activities at Beni Suef University

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced today the start of the Environmental Week activities from March 3-7, which includes about 27 activities over the course of a full week, under the supervision of Dr. Sameh Al-Maraghi, Vice President of University for Community Service and Environmental Development.
Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan confirmed that the Environmental Week is held annually within the framework of interest in activating the university’s role in serving the community and the surrounding environment, based on social responsibility and a desire to develop environmental awareness for students, faculty members, and workers, and includes many diverse activities, including seminars, initiatives, competitions, and convoys.
It should be noted that the Environmental Week this year includes many activities, including awareness seminars in the faculties of Science, Nursing, Social Work, Education, Graduate Studies for Advanced Science, Agriculture, Tourism and Hotels, awareness initiatives in the faculties of Social Work, Nursing, Tourism and Hotels, and blood donation campaigns in the faculties of Pharmacy and Nursing in cooperation with the College of Medicine, and planting campaigns at the College of Tourism and Hotels in cooperation with the College of Agriculture and the Botanical Institute, and another in the College of Nursing, and an awareness-raising convoy to one of the most needy villages in cooperation between the College of Social Work and the Sustainable Development Committee in the governorate, a health education campaign at the College of Nursing, and a religious celebration on the occasion of the night of the fifteenth of Sha'ban, organized by the Community Service Sector in cooperation with the College of Nursing, and a workshop at the College of Nursing on first aid.
