A first aid course for students of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Beni Suef National University

Under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, Acting President of Beni Suef National University, the College of Nursing organized a first aid course for students of the first Grade of the National College of Pharmacy, under the supervision of Dr. Sahar Dawoud, Academic Vice President, Dr. Al-Sayyed Sabiq, College of Nursing Coordinator, and Dr. Rania Muhammad Sarhan, College of Pharmacy Coordinator.
Dr. Mansour explained that the aim of these courses is to provide students with the information and skills related to first aid, which are necessary to deal with emergency situations, noting that the training included safety and security applications and many aspects of first aid, including; Artificial respiration, how to act during accidents and transporting injured people, how to deal with a heart attack, sudden airway obstruction, cardiac resuscitation, wounds, bleeding, burns, fractures, fainting, coma, convulsions and poisoning, in addition to first aid for emergency cases for individuals that may occur in the work environment and how to deal with them safely.
