Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, participates in the meeting of the Supreme Council of Universities, which was held at New Valley University, headed by Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and in the presence of Dr. Mustafa Refaat, Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Universities, presidents of Egyptian universities, and leaders of the Ministry of Higher Education.
