Beni Suef University organizes a major celebration on occasion of Isra and Mi'raj anniversary

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced that the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector, in cooperation with the Faculty of Law, will organize a celebration on the occasion of Isra and Mi'raj anniversary, under the supervision of Dr. Sameh Al-Maraghi, Vice President of University for Community Service and Environmental Development Sector, and in the presence of Dr. Ahmed Fawzi, Dean of the Faculty of Law, and Dr. Fatma Mohamed, Vice Dean of the College of Law for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Dr. Hanan Al-Zabalawy, Vice Dean of the College of Nursing for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs.
The event was attended by His Eminence Sheikh / Reda Abdel Halim, Director-General and Chairman of the Fatwa and Reconciliation Committee in the Al-Azhar region in Beni Suef, His Eminence Sheikh / Muhammad Saeed Youssef, media coordinator for the region, a group of Al-Azhar scholars, and a number of faculty members and students.
For his part, Dr. Mansour stressed the university’s keenness to educate its students by the scholars of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, who are keen to spread the true Islamic religion, correct misconceptions, deepen the meaning of love for the homeland, and demonstrate the tolerance and moderation of Islam, adding that the Almighty God gifted the miracle of Isra and Mi’raj to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace as a means of relieving him of the grief and pain that befell him in the year of grief in which his wife Khadija and his uncle Abu Talib died, and the harm that befell him from the people of Taif.
