President of Beni Suef University honors Aseel and Shadia for winning medals in the Arab Buds Fencing Championship in Bahrain.

Today, Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, honored the Egyptian national team player / Aseel Ahmed Gamal, who won a silver medal under 11 and a bronze medal under 13, and player / Shadia Ahmed Gamal, who won a gold medal under 13 and a bronze medal under 15, in the Arab Buds Championship in Fencing, held between January 14-18 last year in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The university president also honored Captain / Safwat Muhammad Rabie, the head coach, and Captain / Muhammad Abdel Tawab, the technical trainer, researchers in graduate studies at the Faculty of Physical Education, in the presence of Dr. Ayman Ghoneim, head of the fencing department at the Faculty of Physical Education, training supervisor, and founder of fencing in Beni Suef.
Dr. Mansour Hassan stressed the university’s keenness to support the distinguished, talented and brilliant people in all fields, and encourage them to continue their excellence to be a role model for their colleagues, pointing out the importance of supporting and stimulating creative energies, especially sports, and exploiting and investing energies in a way that increases the level of creativity and the ability to compete at all levels. He praised the outstanding and professional performance provided by the two players during the tournament.
