Under the slogan: A stable family equals a safe society... A delegation from Beni Suef National University participates in the family and community awareness program

Under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, Acting President of Beni Suef National University, the university delegation participated in the activities of the community awareness program at the Youth City in Sharm El-Sheikh, within the framework of the “Stable Family = Safe Society” initiative. Organized by Al-Azhar Al-Sharif in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and the Egyptian Church, in which members of the Al-Azhar International Center for Electronic Fatwa will lecture over three days with the participation of 10 universities, under the supervision of Dr. Sahar Dawoud, Academic Deputy, and Dr. Sherif Mamdouh, Activities Coordinator
Dr. Mansour explained that the goal of the program is to educate university youth of both genders about the most important contemporary societal issues, to spread awareness of the importance of preserving the Egyptian family, its cohesion and stability in order to maintain a safe society and strong generations which capable of driving the locomotive of development and progress and finding solutions to reduce the phenomena of domestic violence and crime. In the community Through lectures, workshops and open dialogues on topics including belonging and strengthening identity, personal freedom, expression of opinion and the relationship between them, the value of life in Islam and how to confront the feeling of hatred of life, the value of time and how to invest it, controls on the use of social media, and the danger of drugs and their negative impact on the individual and society.
