"Toward Sustainable Agriculture" Initiative at the Faculty of Agriculture, Beni Suef University.

Beni Suef University Council, headed by Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, approved, in its 229th session, the Faculty of Agriculture’s proposal regarding launching “Toward Sustainable Agriculture” initiative. This was in the presence of deans of colleges, vice presidents of the university, and members of the council.
The university president explained that the initiative aims to sustainably maximize the components of agriculture, increase water productivity, increase income, and reduce losses in agricultural production, through implementing workshops and seminars to achieve the goals of the initiative and establishing field schools in the centers of Beni Suef Governorate to serve the agricultural product.
