  Today, Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, signed four cooperation protocols with Nahda University Sphinx University, Lotus University, the Higher Institutes Complex in Beni Suef, the Egyptian Stock Exchange, and the Titan Cement Group, in light of seven alliances that were launched within the activities of the launch of the North Upper Egypt Region Alliance, which was launched on the sidelines of the meeting of the Supreme Council of Universities at Minya University in the presence of Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Governor of Minya and presidents of public, National, private and technological universities The protocol signing ceremony was witnessed by Dr. Tariq Ali, Vice President of the University for Graduate Studies, Dr. Ahmed Hassan, Dean of the College of Engineering, Dr. Mohamed Qayed, Dean of the College of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, and Dr. Ahmed Mustafa El Gendy, Dean of the Institute of Medical and Aromatic Plants
The university president explained that the alliance comes in implementation of the national strategy for higher education and scientific research which launched by the ministry In light of Egypt's vision for sustainable development 2030, to support regional alliances in building comprehensive development by promoting scientific theses between universities, industrial institutions and government bodies at the regional level, and coming up with development plans through their interaction and integration side by side,  which contribute to the advancement of the region
