Within the national project “Mawaddah”, Beni Suef National University holds an awareness seminar on marriage to preserve the entity of the Egyptian family.

Today, Beni Suef National University, under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, Acting President of the University, organized an awareness symposium on marriage, its goals, problems, criteria for choosing a life partner, and factors for the success of married life within the framework of the national project launched by His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, to preserve the Egyptian family entity “Mawaddah”, where Dr. Iman Mohamed Abdel Malik, teacher in the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Arts, Beni Suef University, lectured. This was in the presence of Dr. Sahar Dawoud, Academic Vice President of Ahlia University, Dr. Suhair Abdel Basset, Dean of the Arts and Humanities Sector, and a large number of students.
Dr. Mansour explained that “Mawaddah” is a project to prepare those about to get married, aiming to preserve the entity of the Egyptian family and reduce divorce rates in the long term by spreading awareness targeting young people from the ages of 18 to 25 years, especially university youth, stressing that the fruitful cooperation between the two ministries ,Social solidarity,and higher education and scientific research in achieving sustainable development goals that aim to improve the quality of life of the Egyptian citizen in various fields, including his family life, and that this training targets male and female students at the level of Egyptian universities.
