President of Beni Suef University receives the students who won the Community Initiatives Competition

  Today, Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, received the SIA Era team, which won first place for the initiative (Preparing the Researcher Student and Building the New Republic), and the Green Eco team, which won second place for the (Green Environment Towards a Sustainable and Safe Society) initiative at the College of Science. In the community initiatives competition at the university level, the two teams were promoted to represent the university at the republic level, in the presence of Dr. Hamada Mohamed Mahmoud, Dean of the College of Science.

During the meeting, the university president congratulated the two teams for the effort made, directing the need to provide all means of support for the two teams to continue their success in the competition that will be held at the level of Egyptian universities, explaining that the initiative aims to teach the student the basics of scientific research, starting with how to formulate research questions, moving on to teaching him how to read a research article and find a research point for study and scientific writing, in addition to teaching him to participate in a research paper and acquire the ability to think in a sound scientific manner and follow the steps of scientific thinking.

While Dr. Hamada Muhammad praised the valuable contributions of the initiative and its positive impact on the future of students and society, pointing out that the initiative includes three educational stages, focusing on enhancing scientific research skills and participation in groups, in addition to implementing scientific research on the ground and applying the concepts of entrepreneurship.
