President of Beni Suef University receives the Chairman of the External Audit Committee to renew the ISO 9001 certificate in quality management systems

Today, Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Ben Suef University, received Engineer Mamdouh Fathi, chief auditor of Quality Middle East Company, which grants the ISO 9001 certificate, against the backdrop of the company’s visit to the university to review the system implementation procedures and quality files in the university’s various public departments in accordance with the requirements of the international standard. This was in the presence of Dr. Heba Atef, Director of the Quality Assurance Center, Dr. Abeer Sayed Moawad, Deputy Director of the Center, and Mr/Mohamed Selim, Secretary-General of the University.

The President of the University stressed the importance of applying quality and accreditation standards in all colleges, centers and departments of the university, in order to ensure the quality of service provided by each department, as well as the quality of the educational process in the colleges to qualify for national and international accreditation because of its effective role in improving the university’s position in international classifications as well as in Attracting more international students, pointing out that the committee will review all the required files and documents over two days.

Dr. Heba Atef pointed out that the ISO 9001:2015 certificate is an international specification in quality management systems that lasts 3 years and is monitored annually. It is one of the international accreditation certificates affiliated with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) with its headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.
