A visit of the Arts Sector Committee at the Supreme Council of Universities to Beni Suef National University.

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, Acting President of Beni Suef National University, announced that the National University will receive, today, the committee formed by the Arts Sector of the Supreme Council of Universities in order to determine the material and human resources to activate the information systems and electronic archives program of the Arts and Humanities Sector at the National University.
The committee included Prof. Dr. Sherif Kamel Shaheen, former dean of the Faculty of Arts, Cairo University, and Prof. Dr. Amgad El-Gohary, professor at the Faculty of Arts, Ain Shams University, in the presence of Dr. Suhair Abdel Basset, Dean of the Arts and Humanities Sector at the National University, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Abdel Mohsen, professor in the Information Science Department at the College of Arts, and Mr. Mohamed Selim, Secretary General of the University.
Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan stressed that the university is sparing no effort in adding new programs that keep pace with the labor market and conform to institutional and academic quality standards at the local, regional and international levels, pointing out that the new program aims to prepare specialists in the field of information systems and their applications in managing electronic documents and managing the digital content of websites, in line with Egypt’s vision for sustainable development, indicating that during the visit, the committee inspected many classrooms, auditoriums, and electronic laboratories, in addition to inspecting the library, offices of faculty members and administrative staff to ensure their conformity with the required standards.
