For their participation in the Media Creativity Competition: Beni Suef University Council honors faculty members and media students for winning first place in the Arab and African Drama Competition.

Today, Wednesday, in its 226th session, Beni Suef University Council, headed by Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of University, honored the faculty members and students of the Faculty of Mass Communications after they won first place in the Arab and African regions “drama category,” and second place at the level of African universities in “print media” category. This was in the third edition of the Media Creativity Competition, organized by the Media and Digital Transformation Foundation.
The honoring ceremony was attended by Dr. Mohamed Hani Ghoneim, Governor of Beni Suef, the university’s vice presidents, college deans, council members, and Dr. Abdel Aziz Al-Sayed, dean of the Faculty of Mass Communications.
Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, expressed his happiness after the students of the Faculty of Mass Communications won first place in the Arab and African countries, “Drama Category,” in the third edition of the Media Creativity Competition for graduation projects at the local, Arab, and African levels, organized by the Media and Digital Transformation Foundation, with the participation of 98 universities, colleges and an educational entities in the Arab world and the African continent, and the number of projects submitted in the competition reached 496 projects.

The university president explained that the “Phoenix” project won first place in the Arab competition, held among students’ graduation projects at the level of Arab universities, and the “Dalida” project won first place in the “drama category” in the African competition, held among students’ graduation projects at the level of universities of the African continent, and the “Rafiq” magazine project won second place at the level of African universities in the print media category.
Prof. Dr. Abdul Aziz Al-Sayyid, Dean of the College of Mass Communication, thanked Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, for his continued support of the Faculty of Mass Communication, and all the academic cadres supervising the graduation projects within the Faculty of Mass Communications.
