Students of the Faculty of Politics and Economics "Beni Suef University" visit the National Training Academy

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced that the Faculty of Politics and Economics organized a visit for a delegation of third grade students at the Department of Political Science, English Language Division, to the National Academy for Training to conduct a research interview with Dr. Rasha Ragheb, Executive Director of the Academy, in the presence of Dr. Naglaa Bakr, Dean of the College, and Dr. Shaima Abdel-Salam Ibrahim, a lecturer of political science at the Department of Political Science at the college and supervisor of student researches.
The university president explained that the visit is a part of a group research conducted by the students entitled "The Role of the Egyptian State in Empowering Youth in the Era of President / Al Sisi in the Period from 2014 to 2023," indicating that the visit comes within the framework of the university's interest in practical training for students to link academic theoretical study to practical reality, stressing that the university supports these visits because they helps students develop their various research skills and provides them with opportunities to interact with experts to acquire new skills, through panel discussions and asking and answering questions.
For her part, Dr. Rasha Ragheb, Executive Director of the Academy, welcomed the students and expressed her happiness with their questions. She explained the role of the Academy in qualifying youth and the prominent role played by the Academy’s graduates in various state institutions, methods of developing human capital, and the importance of international and local partnerships in supporting the developmental role of the Academy, under the auspices of President /Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic.
Dr. Naglaa Bakr, Dean of the College, indicated that the students’ questions opened up new horizons and knowledge for them, and that the interview was entitled the Academy’s role in qualifying young people as a tool of empowerment and qualification for leadership with multiple skills. She thanked Dr. Rasha Ragheb, Executive Director of the Academy, for her kind reception and her answers to all students’ questions With a heartfelt welcome.
Dr. Shaima Abdel Salam said that this visit comes within the framework of the course she is teaching, which is a research seminar course in which students conduct scientific research, and that the students’ questions and answers to them by the Academy Director are a tool for collecting scientific material through that research interview to obtain information. Such tools help students in developing their research skills in a practical way, and the students expressed their happiness with this research interview and the extent of scientific benefit from it.
