President of Beni Suef University: Launching the activities of the training program for female university graduates on agricultural and production consulting

Dr/Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced today the launch of the activities of the training program for female university graduates On good agricultural and production advice and practices for medicinal and aromatic plants or dates, within the framework of the "UNIDO" agricultural consultancy training project which funded by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization.
The university president explained that the project aims to train female university graduates in consulting in good agricultural and productive practices in the field of medicinal and aromatic plants This is to increase economic participation of women in the private sector in Egypt, and to harness their full potential as entrepreneurs and employees, which reflects positively on the development of the national economy in this field within the framework of the Egyptian state's vision 2030
Dr. Mumtaz Hijab, Dean of the Medicinal and Aromatic Plants Research Institute and project manager, indicated that the basic training stages have actually started and the best trainees have been selected to join the advanced training of the international training program, which is an integral part of the institute's mission to serve this sector and based on the role of Beni Suef University in applying the strategy of the Egyptian state
