  An official in the Legal Department of Beni Suef University stated that the Beni Suef Economic Misdemeanors Court decided, in today's session, corresponding to the 29th of October this year, which is competent to consider the restricted misdemeanors against the accused M.H. The impersonator as a journalist by forgery “referred the two misdemeanors to the Public Prosecution for the correct registration and description, given that the victims are public officials, and that the crimes committed by the accused against them were in their functional capacity, so the jurisdiction to consider these misdemeanors is to the Criminal Court.
