President of Beni Suef University chairs the meeting of coordinators of the divisions of languages and new programs

Today, Prof. Dr/Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, chaired the meeting of the coordinators and the financial and administrative officer of the divisions of new languages and programs, in the presence of Dr. Gamal Abdel Rahman, Vice President of the University for the Education and Students Sector, and Dr. Mumtaz Hegab, the general coordinator of the Division of Languages and New Programs, and the financial advisor
Dr/Mansour Hassan explained that the meeting aims to explain the unified discretionary budget model for the coordinators of the language and program divisions and the administrative team assisting them at the level of all faculties in accordance with the regulations and laws , and how to use and benefit from them in implementing strategic plans, in addition to how to use budgets as an effective tool in oversight in order to achieve transparency and ensuring optimal use of public money, and in the same context, the third edition of the Supreme Committee’s Decisions Guide was launched in implementation of governance systems
and within the framework of applying the highest standards of transparency, directed to the need to design new interface programs to serve the goals of sustainable development and the Egyptian international vision in cooperation with the concerned colleges
Dr. Mumtaz Hijab indicated that the meeting emphasized the applying of the electronic attendance of the Majlis program in holding the meetings of the internal committees of the language divisions in all faculties, calculating the actual hours of faculty members, with an emphasis on completing the procedures for disbursing teaching dues, completing the teaching plan for all courses, and data. The required statistics and annual reports of  the applying of quality standards and the selection of faculty members, in cooperation with the Quality and Accreditation Center
