Administrative Control organizes a seminar on "Anti-Corruption and Transitional Justice" at Beni Suef University

The Administrative Control Authority organized the activities of the celebration of the International Anti-Corruption Day, in coordination with Beni Suef University, in an awareness symposium entitled "Anti-Corruption and Transitional Justice" in the Grand Celebration Hall of the University Theatre.
In the presence of Dr. Muhammad Hani Ghoneim, Governor of Beni Suef, Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, Major General Muhammad Galal, Head of the Administrative Control Authority office in Beni Suef, members of the Administrative Control Office in Beni Suef, Deputies of the Governor and Vice Presidents of the University, members of the House of Representatives and Senate, and deans of colleges and executive leaders and a group of faculty members, media professionals and students.
Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, praised the role of the Administrative Control Authority and its battle corruption and its role in confronting corruption in all its forms, in implementation of the directives of His Excellency President / Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to combat corruption and highlighting the state’s efforts to curb financial and administrative corruption and eliminate it in all its forms, stressing the university’s constant keenness to provide community service by educating students about the dangers of corruption and the necessity of combating it, adding that the symposium aims to spread the values of integrity, transparency and institutional awareness of the dangers of corruption that go along with the golden age of combating it, in addition to highlighting the efforts of the state and its strong will to combat it by implementing the principles of the national strategy launched by His Excellency President / Abdel Fattah al-Sisi to combat corruption and spread awareness of its negative effects and risks.

Major General / Mohamed Galal indicated during his speech that Egypt was one of the first countries to accede to the Anti-Corruption Convention, believing that corruption is no longer a local matter, but a global phenomenon that leads to instability in societies and exposes sustainable development and human rights to multiple risks.
