Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced today the proposed timetable for the student union elections for the academic year 2021/2022, which will start next Thursday, November 18, stressing that the withdrawal and submission of candidacy forms will take place on the same day, and the announcement of the preliminary lists on Sunday, November 21, Appeals will be received on November 22.
Mansour added that the appeals submitted will be examined on Tuesday, November 23, the final lists will be announced on Wednesday, November 24, and the election campaign door will be opened on Thursday, November 25, pointing to the start of the first round elections in faculties and sorting and the announcement of the results on Sunday, November 28, followed by the run-off elections on Monday corresponding to November 29.
The President of Beni Suef University indicated that the elections for committee secretaries and their assistants will be held at the faculties level on Tuesday 20 November, and then the elections for the president and his deputy at the faculties level on 1 December, and that the student union elections will be concluded on Thursday 2 December with the elections for committee secretaries and their assistants, and the union president and his deputy at the level the University.
