President of Beni Suef University: The start of field training for students of science, engineering and computers at (Titan) Cement Group

Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced today, Sunday, the start of the summer training program for students of the faculties of science, engineering, computers and information at Titan Cement Group, for the third year in a row.
 This came during an open meeting organized by the College of Science in cooperation with the Titan Group and the University Center for Professional Development, in the presence of Dr. Hanan Suleiman, a member of the Senate, Dr. Hamada Mohamed, Dean of the College of Science, and Professor Tony Othman, Director of Public Relations at Titan Group.

For his part, Dr. Mansour affirmed the university’s keenness on continuous cooperation with civil society institutions, especially institutions interested in the fields of field training, with the aim of qualifying and training students on modern technologies and benefiting from the distinguished technical cadres of those institutions, noting that the training of students in the Titan Group includes the fields of industrial security, environment, and project management. , human resources, individual skills, quality management, ISO certification systems and equipment used in plant facilities, in addition to sales and marketing.

The President of the University thanked Eng. Khaled Badawy, CEO of Titan Cement Group, and Mr. Tony Othman, Director of Public Relations for the group, for their keen interest in implementing the field training for students on a permanent and continuous basis and for their keenness on the success of this distinguished experience.
Dr. Hamada Mohamed indicated that the aim of the meeting is to discuss the summer training programs and their impact on upgrading the students’ field skills, with the aim of creating a generation capable of competing in the local and global labor market, pointing out that the new program lasts three weeks for each student group.
Mr. Tony Othman stressed the company's keenness to achieve the principle of community participation, especially with the prestigious educational institution in the governorate, which has achieved many achievements until it reached an advanced rank at the local, regional and international levels.
