President of Beni Suef University: Launching an Entrepreneurship Training Camp

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced today, the launch of a camp to train students, auxiliary body members, researchers from graduate studies and some young graduates from the university on entrepreneurship "online", within the cooperation protocol between the university and under the auspices of Dr. Mahmoud Saqr, President of Scientific Research Academy and Technology to finance and support the Entrepreneurship Club at the university.

Prof. Dr. Mansour explained that the camp is attended by more than 60 trainees, including undergraduate students, recent graduates, auxiliary body members, and graduate researchers in institutes and colleges, which include more than 15 colleges and institutes at the university, stressing that the goal of signing the protocol between the university and the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology is to establish an Entrepreneurship Club. Transforming the outputs of scientific research and graduation projects into tangible ideas that can be applied on the ground to avail  job opportunities for young people, through their formation of start-up companies and away from the traditional concept of employment.
 Among its activities are also holding educational workshops, camps, field visits and competitions .

The President of Beni Suef University indicated that the next camp will include faculty members and the administrative staff, in line with the vision of the state's plan to implement sustainable development goals, in light of the state's adoption of knowledge, innovation, creativity, scientific research and entrepreneurship as basic pillars of development.
