President of Beni Suef University announces the completion of 37 training courses at Human Resources Development Center, with the participation of 1206 trainees

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced today the completion of implementation of 37 training courses at the Human Resources Development Center, with the participation of 1206 trainees, in the second half of last year, and this was during his presidency of the meeting of the Board of Directors of Human Resources Development Center at the university, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Gamal Abd Al-Rahman, Vice President for Education and Students Sector, and Prof. Dr. Gamal Abdul Muttalib, Director of the Center, Financial Adviser, and Secretary General of the University.
During the meeting, the university president directed to continue replacing all direct training courses with online ones, within the framework of the university's plan to confront the repercussions of the emerging corona virus. He also reviewed the training controls at the center in light of the implementation of digital transformation courses in accordance with the decision of the Supreme Council of Universities.
The university president announced the start of the "Pathways" courses leading to higher education, which include 12 training courses on strategic planning, creative thinking, effective presentation skills, project proposal writing, stress management, effective communication skills, how to write a CV, managing small projects, time and meeting management, negotiation skills, preparation of competitive projects, problem-solving and decision-making.
