Beni Suef University Council begins its session by congratulating the new vice-presidents of the university

Beni Suef University Council headed by Dr. Mansour Hassan, in its session No. 190, held this morning, began by offering congratulations to the new vice-presidents of the university, on the occasion of the issuance of the Republican Decree for both Dr. Gamal Abdel-Rahman to appoint him as Vice President for Education and Student Affairs and Dr. Sameh Al-Maraghi for appointing him Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development As well as congratulations to Dr. Mabrouk Abdel Azim Ahmed for running the work of the Dean of the Faculty of Law until the appointment of a dean, this came in the presence of the vice-presidents of the university, the deans of the faculties and members of the council.
Dr. Mansour stressed, during the council, the necessity of applying precautionary, preventive and health measures, applying social distancing between students and wearing masks, and constantly following up sterilization and disinfection operations. Pointing to the university’s commitment to the directives and instructions of the political leadership in dealing with the virus.
Dr. Mansour directed the committee formed to follow up the precautionary measures to submit a weekly report to determine the extent of the university's preparations and stockpiles of medicines, and to follow up on treatment protocols to confront the Corona virus.
He also indicated the university colleges' readiness to conduct the midterm exams and their readiness, and to follow up the implementation of the hybrid education system, which combines online and face-to-face education.
The council continued its session by honoring a number of distinguished university children and retired employees, and faculty members who were selected among the best scientists in the world for the year 2020 according to the Stanford University study.
