At Beni Suef University Hospital, the first case of planting industrial artery with interventional catheter for treatment of aortic artery dilation

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. / Amin Lotfy, President of Beni Suef University and in the framework of his permanent interest in medical sector and the continued vocational development in medical system and the use of the latest possibilities of modern science in treatment and surgery, a team of vascular surgery at Beni Suef University, led by Prof. Dr./ Alaa Abdel-Halim Marzouk, Vice President of university and Professor of Vascular Surgery operated the first case of planting an industrial artery by interventional catheters to treat aortic artery dilation (EVAR).

Prof.Dr. / Amin Lotfy, university president assured the vital and important role played by the university in community service and the use of the latest technologies in all fields and medical sectors, especially in the rare disciplines in Beni Suef Governorate and Northern of Upper Egypt with the availability of scientists and professors of the Faculty of Medicine and University Hospital.
