Faculty of Education in Beni Suef organizes awareness conference in cooperation with General Authority for Adult Education

The Council of Beni Suef University No. 177, headed by Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, approved the proposal of the Faculty of Education to hold a conference in cooperation with the General Authority for Adult Education.
The University President said that the first and main objective of this conference is to motivate students to participate effectively in the elimination of illiteracy significantly, as the trend of literacy and adult education is one of the most important elements of community development. This is an opportunity to examine ways to face the remaining challenges in order to promote literacy as an integral part of the lifelong learning process within the framework of the Strategic Education Plan till 2030.
It is worth mentioning that this conference includes an awareness symposium to eradicate customs and traditions that deprive women of education.
