President of Beni Suef University receives Dean of Faculty of Science at Islamic University in Saudi Arabia

This morning, Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, received Prof. Dr. Abdullah Al-Mohammadi, Dean of the Faculty of Science at the Islamic University in Medina, to discuss ways of research and academic cooperation between the two sides, in the presence of Dr. Tarek Ali, Dean of the Institute of Laser Applications, Dr. Ahmed Osama El-Gendy and Dr. Abdel Rahim Hassan, Vice Deans of the Institute.
The University President said that the visit comes within the framework of signing a protocol between the Saudi side and the Institute of Laser Science at the university to create a joint academic degree and exchange of faculty members and students, in addition to training and development of graduates performance and opening prospects for scientific research cooperation between the two sides, in addition to holding conferences, workshops, joint scientific seminars, information exchange and consultations.
For his part, Dr. Mohammadi praised the advanced level occupied by the university at the regional and international levels, and what it has achieved in the international rankings, especially Thames classification, in addition to its unique number of colleges and institutes at the regional level.
Dr. Tariq stressed the endeavor of the Institute to strengthen the bonds of international cooperation with a number of centers, institutes and international universities, with the aim of achieving regional and global leadership in the field of post-university education, pointing out that the Institute grants laser diploma and master's and doctoral degrees.
