Faculty of mass communication won first place in the Short Film of cinema Festival

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, expressed his delight at the winning of the Faculty of mass communication in the first place in the Mediterranean Film Festival in Alexandria in the field of short films. the Faculty of mass communication is the only winner  at the level of Egyptian university
He also praised the idea of the film "Toshirt" winner of the first place, which draws attention to the beauty of Sinai, which deepens the meaning of belonging within the youth ,it is the land of battles, heroes, and the land of victories.
Dr. Abdul Aziz Al-Sayed, Dean of the College, stressed the interest of the College to develop students' talents and creativity, through the organization of artistic and cultural activities for all departments. All this comes in the framework of Dr. Mansour's support to the College and provide everything that will help to develop the educational process and attention to practical exercises that reflect on the skills aspects of students 
The film was supervised by Dr. Amr Abdel Hamid and the award was received by Dr. Ahmed Attia, Assistant Journalist teacher  at the Faculty, and the director of the film, Amer Abu Hassiba.The director of the film Amer expressed his great happiness for the prize, stressing that the Alexandria Festival is just the beginning as the first station  in the journey of  Toshrit. 
He thanked Dr. Amr Abdel Hamid, the supervisor of the work, which helped him  and his team in  facing many challenges during the implementation phase, and thanked all the team of real heroes behind the successful completion of the mission 
It is worth mentioning that the closing of the festival was headed by critic Alamir Abaza, in Sayed Darwish Theater in the Opera House, in the presence of a number of stars of Egypt and the Arab world.
