President of Beni Suef University witnesses the opening of the Prime Minister and Minister of Higher Education of the University of Technology

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, witnessed the inauguration of Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouli, accompanied by Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education, Counselor Hani Abdel Jaber, Governor of Beni Suef, and Dr. Tarek Shawki, Minister of Education, University of Technology in Beni Suef. He inspected the start of study at the Egyptian-Korean College of Industry and Energy as the first college to start studying at the university.
On Tuesday, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, visited the governorate of Beni Suef to open and inspect a number of educational service projects, in the field of sanitation and industrial projects, and the delivery of social housing units for youth.
 During the inauguration of the University of Technology, Madbouly stressed the UAE's orientation to localize technology, create an environment that supports technological innovation and entrepreneurship, and provide excellent job opportunities for young people, through the establishment of technological zones and universities, including an area in Beni Suef Governorate on an area of ??54 acres to represent an integrated system and equipped to host startups. And to receive young creative people, especially young people of Upper Egypt, and encourage them to invent ideas and turn them into business projects. The region offers a range of activities including the Center for Industries and Technological Designs, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Support, Corporate and Education and Capacity Building Centers.
Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar stated that the first college established within the University of Technology is the Egyptian-Korean College of Industry and Energy Technology, on an area of ??2700 meters, was established at the expense of the Ministry of Higher Education and implemented by the Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces. The university currently has four classrooms equipped with the latest equipment, 13 laboratories, including six IT labs, seven mechatronics labs, a sports stadium equipped for sports activities, and administrative rooms at the highest level.
For his part, Dr. Mansour explained that Beni Suef University participated in the preparation of laboratories for the Korean-Egyptian College of Industry and Energy Technology in cooperation with the Korean Embassy and Al-Nahda University, pointing out that he visited the University of Technology before yesterday to discuss ways of cooperation between the two universities and discuss the possibility of exchange of students and faculty members, and the implementation Many activities, conferences, seminars and joint workshops, noting that the step of establishing new technological colleges affiliated to the Ministry of Higher Education, comes in the interest of the State to provide skilled technical manpower to meet the needs of the industrial community, and linking me These colleges and the surrounding industrial community.
