Beni Suef University occupies an advanced position at the level of international and local universities in according to times ranking 2020

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University announced that the University is ranked 601 globaly among the best universities in the world according to times ranking 
 Time higher education 
which included the assessment of universities and institutes of 92 countries

The Times ranking is one of the top five global rankings and is based on 13 indicators for university assessment which are teaching, scientific research, quotation, return from industry and international cooperation


The university president  stated that according to the classification, the university's evaluation in the field of quotation or citation of what was published increased this element gives the classification a large relative weight compared to the rest of the fields where there were many references in international research from  papers submitted by professors of the university
this explains why there is continued interest and support for scientific research and international publication.


the university president  also pointed to one of the most important advantages that are unique in  the university  which are the different and unique disciplines  in the new faculties, which is affected  on the high evaluation
