Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, issued a decree No. 1022 in 31, renewing the work of Dr/ Tamer Abdel Latif Abdel Razek as Dean of the Faculty of Applied Arts at the University  Dr. Tamer is working in the design of the advertisement - Faculty of Applied Arts - Helwan University and a member of the Committee of the Sector of Arts and Music Education - Supreme Council of Universities 2015
 he participated in a number of individual and collective exhibitions and has holdings in many bodies, most notably the Museum of Modern Art in Cairo, and participated in the arbitration of several 
 art competitions in and outside Egypt, and supervised more than 50 master and PhD
