Dr. Mansoor Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, issued a decree no. 1017 in 31  July ,  for renewing the work of  Prof Dr / Mohamed Abd AL fattah Yousf  as a dean of computer science and information faculty  at the university for one year.
Dr. Mohamed Bilal  held  A position of  Dean of the Faculty of Computing and Information - Helwan University - May 2012 until May 2015, and Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs - January 2010 - May 2012 and Head of Computer Science department  from October 2008 to January 2010. He got  his PhD and Master in Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University in 1998 and 1993. He holds a bachelor's degree with honors in computer engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University in 1988
In addition, he obtained the degree of Professor of Computer Science, specializing in artificial intelligence from 2010. He has more than 62 published scientific researches, supervised more than 30 scientific and master's degrees and participated in many research and applied projects( international and local) and attended many local and international courses.
