President of Beni Suef University reveals cooperation efforts with the African continent ... 50 scholarships ... scientific protocols ... joint research projects

Dr. Mansoor Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, said that the University is working with great interest to strengthen cooperation with universities in the African continent, in the light of Egypt's assumption of the rotating presidency of the African Union  Which consider culmination of Egypt's efforts under the leadership of President Sisi in recent years. In order to achieve the objectives of the African Development Agenda 2063

 Where the University signed a cooperation protocol with the University of Dodoma in Tanzania, the University of Ibrahim "Badamasal" Baba Njida, Nigeria, and received researchers in biochemistry at the University of "KwaZulu Natal" in South Africa and  received the delegates of the Arab-African Academy in Libya, and participated in a joint research project between the faculty of  post Graduate studies of Advanced Sciences and the faculty of Agricultural Research Center in South Africa, which is funded by 250,000 LE from the Science and Technological Development Fund of the Ministry of Higher Education and  one million pounds from the African side

 The University has also allocated 50 scholarships in the developmental and vitality   areas needed by the continent of Africa, in the fields of medicine of all its  kinds, applications and sciences of laser and science of the elderly  and development of small projects, entrepreneurship, veterinary medicine, livestock development, special needs sciences, water and energy problems, medicinal and aromatic plants, nanotechnology and education technology
