President of Beni Suef University announces launching Medical Information and Applied Science Programs for Space and Navigation
Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced launching Medical Information and Applied Science Programs for Space and Navigation within the new and distinguished programs (with expenses).This was on the sidelines of the second meeting of divisions and new programs at the university, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Khedr, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Mumtaz Higab, Coordinator of divisions and new programs at the university, and a number of faculty members and administrators at university faculties.
The University President explained that the medical informatics program grants bachelor degree in computers and information in medical informatics in cooperation between the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Faculty of Medicine, the duration of study in the program is 4 years and the study is in English (144 credit hours) He pointed out that the program accepts high school graduates in (scientific divisons), and their equivalent. It is characterized by unique specialties that qualify the graduate to design and develop medical technology that contributes to early detection of cancer and quantitative and digital disease analysis that helps doctors to accurately diagnose diseases. It also helps surgeons plan surgical operations before they are performed, as well as training students practically in the labs of medical schools, hospitals and medical centers, and in various medical institutions.
