 Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced the decision of the Minister of Youth No. 568 issued on June 16 to approve the travel of Mission of the national team of weapons for adults to Mali from 22 to 29 June to participate in the African Championship for all weapons of Dr. Ayman Mohamed Ghneim, Administrative manager of the teams, and Dr/Ghada Atef Sayed, a female massage therapist at the Faculty of Physical Education was nominated.
The university president said that the candidates are currently in a closed camp in the Olympic Center in Maadi in preparation for the tournament. The training camp includes players in the three weapons, the sword, the shish and the sword of fencing. The team will participate in this tournament with 24 players in all different weapons. Eight players in each of the three weapons , Adding that this tournament is preparing for the upcoming Olympic Games Tokyo 2020.
