President of Beni Suef University attends the final of Egyptian Cup for Weight Lifting of the blind in the covered hall
Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, attended the final of the Egyptian weightlifting championship for the blind in the covered hall, organized by the Faculty of Physical Education in cooperation with the Egyptian Federation of Sports for the Blind, with the participation of 34 players, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Awaini, President of the Egyptian Sports Federation for the Blind, Captain / Ahmed Abu Al Wafa, Member of the Board of Directors of the Federation, Acting Director of the Federation, Captain / Bakhit Aziz Gad, Member of the Board of Directors of the Federation, Prof. Dr. Khaled Abada, Professor of Weightlifting Training at the Faculty of Physical Education, Port Said University and Technical Director of the Egyptian Weightlifting Team for the Blind and Dr. Mokhtar Amin, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education.
The university president said that the tournament was attended by 34 players and it aims to select the best young players to join the Egyptian team in the weightlifting game. He pointed out that the Military Institution Club won first place while Al-Hurriya Club won the second place, and Beni Suef Club won the third place.
It is worth mentioning that the winners are Mariam Mohammed Nabil Negm with a weight of 48 kilos, Duaa Emad with the weight of 56 kilos, Walaa Arabi and Fatma Abdel Fattah Dardiri with the weight of 60 kilos, Nuran Ahmed and Houria Eid with the weight of 67.5 kilos, Mona Rashid with the weight of 76 kg, Rasha Gamal Abdul Nasser with the weight 90 kilos and she won the title of the best player in the tournament.
