President of Beni Suef University witnesses laying foundation stone of State's Council new branch
Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni-Suef University, has witnessed laying the foundation stone for the building of State's Council Courts compound in the Governorate by Chancellor / Ahmed Abdul Aziz Abou Al-Azm, Premier of State Council, in the presence of Chancellor / Hani Abdel-Gaber, Governor of Beni Suef, and a group of Chancellors, deputies of the State's Council and Chancellor / Fouad Abdel Fattah, Secretary-General.
University President explained that the new branch contributes to developing litigation system for citizens convenience and to provide the best ways to expedite adjudication of cases, pointing out that the branch includes a disciplinary and administrative courts, and also includes two departments for administrative judiciary; the first department has jurisdiction over all matters related to personnel affairs, while the second department deals with personnel affairs, and any dispute involving the administrative body, such as tax appeals, decisions of demolishing and electoral appeals.
