Beni-Suef University President announces student "Youssef Nagy" won first place in ''Talent Day'' competition
Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced that the student, Youssef Nagy, at the Faculty of Engineering, won the first place in the "Talent Day" competition, which is the first student competition of its kind to discover artistic talents within the university. Four students got the second place: Sameh Arafa from the Faculty of Commerce, Amr Hagag from the Faculty of Engineering, Dina Adel from the Faculty of Mass Communication and Abdul Rahman Hashim from the Faculty of Commerce.
University president explained that the competition included a large number of talents; singing, theatrics, religious chanting, drawing, poetry, and folk art, pointing out that the number of students reached the qualifying stage is 130 students. Talented students in each activity were selected by arbitration committee voting system, announcing about valuable financial awards and certificates of appreciation for the winners : in singing talent, the student Dina Adel, Faculty of Mass Communication got the first place, and the student Bassem Ashraf, Faculty of Politics and Economics got the second place, the College of Education for Early Childhood won the first and second places, in religious chanting talent represented by students Mona Atteya and Manar Sabry, as for poetry talent, Shaimaa Mustafa Mashaal, Faculty of Mass Communication got the first place, Mohammed Yasser Abdul Azim, Faculty of Commerce got the second place, and Islam Nasser, Faculty of Law got the third place.

It is worth mentioning that the competition was organized by the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector in cooperation with Education and Student Affairs Sector at the University. The Arbitration Committee is composed of Prof. Dr. Hisham Bushra, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Director / Ahmed Ismail and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Mady, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Applied Arts, Dr. Sahar Al Gamal, Director of Artistic Department at Akhbar Al Youm, Dr. Manal Ahmed Ragab, Advisor of Cultural and Media Activities, Dr. Umniah Hassan, Faculty of Engineering, and Maestro / Eman Genedy.
