President of Beni Suef University receives the shield of the Egyptian Association for Psychological Studies
Dr. Mansoor Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, received the shield of the Egyptian Association for Psychological Studies from Prof. Dr. Mohamed Hammad Hendy, Dean of the Faculty of Disabilities Sciences representing the Society. This comes as an appreciation to the University President for his full support for the 35th Conference on Psychology, 2-3 March at the university conference hall.
The President of the University explained that the conference included three main axes: Educational Psychology, in terms of patterns, methods and strategies of learning and thinking, multiple intelligences and its development, growth and academic learning difficulties, social and emotional difficulties, Talent and excellence, contemporary measurement and evaluation techniques and strategies, neuro-ecological and dynamic assessment, cognitive and cognitive strategies and processes, and knowledge burden.
The second axis discussed psychological health, positive psychology and quality of life, psychology in the face of issues of violence and extremism, psychology and issues of citizenship and belonging, and the modification of behavior for children with problematic behavior, and ethics of the profession of specialist and psychologist
The third axis discussed the education and rehabilitation of people with special needs, the importance of caring for and qualifying individuals with disabilities in all its categories, and the establishment of new education for people with special needs, and the detection of the preparations and abilities of children with special needs, and the latest programs to prepare teachers and special education specialists, and monitoring the obstacles to comprehensive integration of people with special needs.
