Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University said that the university is constructing a large mosque on an area of ??1000 square meters at the first compound, east of the Nile, next to the hospital and the service compound. This was during a press conference held with journalists and media workers in the governorate this morning
The Rector also announced the opening of the Olympic swimming pool after the overcoming all technical and financial problems under the supervision of the Sports Union, gas was also connected instead of using fuel at the pool. In addition, a small swimming pool is being set up to serve the university and the surrounding community.
As for the university cities, the university president explained that they have been fully developed, completing maintenance work, landscaping, beautification of places, allocating a place for families near the city wall, opening of a student conference hall for 600 students, and the provision of an ambulance and parking space.
