President of Beni Suef University: Cooperation with the Ministry of Solidarity in the field of research, educational and cultural services in social care institutions
The council of Beni Suef University, chaired by Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of University, at its 167th session held on 23 January, in the presence of Vice-Presidents, Deans and members of the Council, agreed to conclude a joint cooperation protocol with the Ministry of Social Solidarity in the field of research, educational and cultural services and individuals placed in social care institutions.
The university president explained that the cooperation aims to open horizons for various educational, cultural, social and family activities for the interest of society and widens the base of partnership for achieving sustainable development in line with public policy, in addition to holding educational seminars and providing family guidance to children of social care institutions in a manner that limits the negative phenomena among children, through the adoption of sound educational and scientific methods, and to create a generation that is beneficial to his country free from the problems of aggression.
Dr. Mansour Hassan pointed out the most important programs that will be implemented, including the community awareness raising program, program of caring of distinguished students of social institutions, program of developing the academic, managerial, professional and cultural capacities and skills of the staff of social care institutions.
These programs include a number of seminars and workshops, the preparation of periodic brochures, joint social and interactive activities, holding charity exhibitions, and comprehensive development convoys.
