President of Beni Suef University inaugurates the "Granting the US Embassy"

 Prof. Mansoor Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, opened the workshop of the Institute of Small and Medium Enterprises Studies in cooperation with the US Embassy on the scholarships offered by the American Embassy to students, researchers and faculty members at Beni Suef University in the presence of Dr. Osama Said Abdel Sadik, Dean of the Institute, and the delegation represented by the US Embassy which consists of Donia Al-Dowaidj, Assistant Cultural Attaché at the American Embassy, Rania Al-Sayyed, Cultural Affairs Specialist at the Embassy, Asma Lashin, American Education Advisor at the Institute and the University Center for Professional Development, Teaching staff and students.

The President of the University explained that the US Embassy in Cairo provides a variety of cultural exchange programs in the academic, educational, technical and professional fields. In addition to the programs offered by other institutions such as Fulbright, AMIDEAST, the Institute of International Education and the American Research Center in Egypt, the delegation discussed ways of cooperation in scientific and research fields, such as cooperation in conducting joint research, holding specialized conferences and workshops, hosting visiting professors and exchanging professors.

Professor Mansoor Hassan recommended students and researchers wishing to receive scholarships to be ambassadors of their country. They are responsible for transferring their experiences acquired during the grant period to their colleagues and students in their country, encouraging them to attend international conferences with donors.
