President of the University of Beni Suef presides over the meeting of the Appointments Committee of faculty members and the supporting body
The meeting of the Committee of Appointments of Faculty Members and the Supporting Body No. (13) was held on the 24th of this October under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, and the presence of the deputies and members of the Board of Directors of the Committee. Several topics were discussed:
First: Requests for faculty members and their assistants from Beni Suef University colleges and institutes to other universities and institutes, whether governmental or private.
Second, the requests of the faculty members and their assistants from other Egyptian governmental universities to the faculties of Beni Suef University. Prof. Mansour Hassan pointed to the need to follow the necessary instructions in this matter. The Dean of the College should apply for clarifying the number of hours and courses, the percentage of faculty members according to the number of students, a detailed statement of the members proposed for their assignment to the Appointments Committee of the faculty and the supporting body to take the necessary action and present it to the Council of the University.
Third: Requests for the transfer of faculty members from the University of Beni Suef outside the University, in accordance with the law and regulations in force, and the needs of scientific departments, and if all conditions apply, must be approved by the College Council and then presented to the University Council.
Fourth: presenting the memos submitted by the various faculties regarding the appointment of the teaching assistants in accordance with the five-year plans for appointing the teachers in the faculties, as well as the memos for the appointments according to the teaching needs and the specializations that are not available in the colleges.
