Improving the university employees' performance and maximize the utilization of their research energy

Prof. Dr. / Amin Lotfy, President of Beni Suef University, during the University Council meeting No. (124) held on30/8/2015 announced the formation of a committee to discuss aspects of the development of employees' performance and the need to maximize the utilization of their research energy whereas the committee treats the employees wishing to do graduate studies with the same manner as teaching assistants and instructors, provided that the thesis should be related to the nature of labor and specialization and getting the management or college approval.
