President of Beni-Suef University: Eight surgical operations in plastic surgery department to eliminate waiting lists
Under the initiative of Mr. Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, President of the Republic to eliminate operation waiting lists, Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni-Suef University expressed his keenness to overcome all obstacles to implement the plan to terminate the waiting lists for surgical operations at the university hospital for patients in Beni-Suef governorate.
Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan stressed the need for doing operations daily during August in the hospital, so professors of the plastic surgery department at the Faculty of Medicine, headed by Prof. Dr. Wael Al Shaer, Dean of the College and Prof. Wael Saqr, Head of the Department did eight accurate surgeries during two days as part of a workshop held by the department. The department hosted Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Jawad, consultant of plastic surgery at Liverpool Hospital in the United Kingdom to participate in some of these unique surgical operations.
