President of Beni-Suef University: No compliments in granting bonuses to employees
Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni-Suef University, confirmed the importance of applying the principle of integrity, transparency, fairness and equality in administration and non-favoritism in dealing with employees at all levels, stressing that there are no compliments in the application of bonuses for employees. The eligible employees are selected in a centralized manner from service records according to the seniority in various functional groups.
The university president explained that this period has witnessed a great improvement through adopting a new administrative policy based on establishing transparency, motivating diligent employees and fair distribution of rewards to include all hardworking employees, not part of them by setting a new variable bonus related to the performance and evaluation criteria set by the committee from self resources of the university and colleges.
