Within the framework of the University's interest in the interests of the students and to ensure the smooth and orderly operation of the educational process and the work of examinations and controls, the Council of the League held an emergency meeting on 6/5/2018 in which he stressed the following points:
1- The basic rules of the College are the current regulations which have not been changed.
2 - The job description of graduates of the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences is within the jurisdiction of the Central Organization for Management and Administration in coordination with the Ministry of Health, and no matter for the university whose role is limited in terms of education and training and granting degree.
3. Affirmation of the statement issued by the Supreme Council of Universities and the Committee for the Dissolution of the Medical Sector, including:
A - Confirmation that the College grants a Bachelor of Medical Sciences Tabtikip (Specialization Division).
B - Job description as provided by the management and administration in accordance with the decision of the head of the Central Organization for Management and Administration No. 93 of 2015, a specialist (specialization division).
The year of the concession is compulsory for a bachelor's degree and is not optional or has been canceled.
The University Council stressed the need for examinations to be held in all faculties at their predetermined dates and to abide by the application of the laws and regulations governing all those who miss the exams, commit fraud or occur during the session.
C- Emphasize the application of the provisions of the Law of Organizing Universities and its Executive Regulations and the laws and decisions supplementing anyone who commits an act of disrespect to the system of college or university facilities, disrupting the teaching or inciting it or abstaining from attending classes or lectures, or disrupting the examination system or the necessary calm or damage to installations and equipment. Or materials or university books or disperse them or sit in university buildings or participate in demonstrations contrary to public order and literature.
(H) Emphasize the need to separate professional demands and the functioning and regularity of the educational process.
Emphasize that the university stands neutral towards any problem that goes beyond the system of the educational process and that the university does not take sides in this regard to any party or union.
D- Emphasize the activation of the role of the Crisis Committee.
