President of Suef University attends the finals of the first sports festival and honors winners of various competitions
Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, attended the finals of the first sports festival organized by the General Administration for Youth Welfare in cooperation with the Central Administration for Sports Development at the Ministry of Youth and Sports. In the presence of representatives of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and a number of university leaders amid a remarkable presence of students.
During the festival, the University President launched the start whistle for the final match of the five-year football between the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Engineering, which ended with the Faculty of Law winning the first place after beating the team of the College of Engineering four goals against three goals while the College of Nursing took third place in the same game, While the Faculty of Commerce ranked first in volleyball and the Faculty of Physical Education ranked second and engineering ranked third.
In another context, the College of Kindergarten obtained students the first place in basketball and the university cities got second place and the faculty of sciences with the needs of third place in the same game. The Faculty of Physical Education also won the first place in the volleyball game. Second and university cities to third place.
At the end of the festival, the President of the University handed over the prizes of the various sports competitions to the winners of the individual and university games. He expressed his happiness with the success of the festival and praised the important role played by the Youth Welfare Department in activating the participation of the university students in all activities.
