President of Beni Suef University: Automating all data of university employees electronically
During his presidency of the University Council No. 156, held on April 28th, 2018, prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced the automation of all university employees' electronic data so that each employee or faculty member can obtain status data from through MIS system at the university website then printing it and adopting it by different parties.
The university president said that the university has a plan to automate all departments in order to improve the quality of performance, and this was linked to obtaining the rewards provided to the university employees, adding that the maintenance of this system and its development will contribute in the advancement of the university's global ranking.
Prof. Dr. Mansoor Hassan explained that this comes within the framework of the university being electronic gradually, as all paper transactions are transformed into electronic ones, using the latest ICT systems, as one of the modern higher education styles, which saves time, effort and cost.
Prof. Dr. Karim Kamal, Director of projects management unit and the executive director of information at the university, said that this service depends on completing the data of employees, students and faculty members by the Department of Personnel Affairs and Student Affairs at the colleges and different departments of the university.
