Beni Suef University wins a new project in the field of Nano Biotechnology funded by the European Union "Erasmus"
Prof. Dr. Mansur Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced that the university has won a project funded by the European Union "Erasmus" in the field of "Nano Biotechnology" during the period from 2017 to 2019, this comes within the framework of programs master and Ph.D., "Erasmus Mundus, Funded by the European Union as grants for graduate students at the University.
Dr. Mansour said that the university has signed a joint cooperation agreement, under the European ERASMUS program, in partnership with the Spanish University of Vigo. The agreement includes the travel of five PhD students in the field of Nano Biotechnology for 6 months each, and the travel of faculty members to visit the University of Vigo, pointing out that the program ERASMUS with the European Union will cover all expenses without any financial burden on the university.
It is worth mentioning that the general coordinator of the project is Dr. Ahmed Ali Farghaly, Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies for Advanced Science and Executive Director of the Unit of developing scientific research at Beni Suef University .
